Classical Orchestra

Join conductor Joseph Fort for an intensive orchestral course designed for advanced players keen to perform in the Summer School Orchestra. Working towards Haydn’s radiant Harmoniemesse for the end-of-week choral concert, participants will explore the style, balance, and classical elegance at the heart of this masterpiece. Daily rehearsals will focus on ensemble cohesion, historical awareness, and expressive performance. Wind and brass players will be selected for specific parts, with no doublings, ensuring a rich and authentic orchestral sound.
