Steve Reich – Triple Quartet

An immersive experience for string players, either individual or as pre-formed string quartets to work alongside Darragh, rehearsing, exploring, sharing insights, engaging with Steve Reich seminal work for 3 String Quartets – Triple Quartet

Darragh has worked closely with Steve Reich on Triple Quartet performing and recording it on multiple occasions. Additionally this course will use click track as a guide to help create a unique cohesive approach to ensemble playing; an opportunity for players to develop this specialised industry tool skill set.  Darragh will explore and share stylistic performing insights with the players leading to an end of course public performance.
